We're looking for a Business Intelligence Manager who combines technical expertise, leadership capability, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. How You'll Make An Impact

As a hands-on leader, you'll guide a team of BI developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and optimization of enterprise reporting solutions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a team of Power BI and SSRS developers.
• Designing, building, and supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions.
• Developing and optimizing SQL, DAX, Power Query, and semantic models.
• Working with SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and enterprise data platforms.
• Conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance activities.
• Managing production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful insights.
• Leveraging emerging AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analytics, and development productivity.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise BI and reporting solutions.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, SSRS, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and modern data architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, source control, deployment automation, and development governance.
• Previous experience leading BI, analytics, reporting, or software development teams.
• Understanding of AI-enabled technologies and their application within analytics and reporting.
• Insurance or risk management industry experience is highly valued.
