Marketing Coordinator

Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of the Fragrance portfolio strategy across the Andean Cluster (Colombia, Chile, Peru and Argentina), ensuring strong coordination across markets and alignment with regional and brand priorities.

The role will support the end-to-end marketing and commercial agenda, including 360° brand execution, business planning, performance analysis, A&P management and IBP processes.

In addition to its core Andean Cluster responsibilities, the position will support the LDM team during the expansion of Kilian and Balmain across the Andean markets, working in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful launches and execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.

3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing or related functions.

Experience supporting launches, VM activities, marketing execution, or luxury brands preferred.

Strong analytical and coordination capabilities.

Advanced Excel And Reporting Skills Preferred.

English proficiency required.
