As Junior Trade Marketing Manager for the Deodorants category, you will turn trade and shopper insights into execution plans that help us win at the point of sale. This is an entry-level managerial role. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance and own specific projects from day one, with support from your manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market, sell-in, sell-out and shopper data to find growth opportunities by channel and customer.
• Turn those insights into clear trade marketing plans covering display, assortment, pricing and promotions.
• Support the design, implementation and follow-up of in-store initiatives, and measure their results.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other teams so plans are aligned and executed well.
• Track category KPIs and recommend adjustments based on results.
• Present recommendations through clear, business-focused storytelling.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial vision and a passion for understanding the trade and the shopper.
• Ability to turn data and insights into clear business opportunities and winning execution plans.
• Eligible to work in Colombia.
• Based in Bogotá.
