What You’ll Do

• Drive new business acquisition by building a strong pipeline of prospective merchants and closing deals
• Build your own pipeline through your network and your own lead generation, with no dependency on inbound
• Own your forecast and results: keep Salesforce up to date, report daily, and take full accountability for your numbers
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and partners that support sustainable growth
• Work closely with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of Unlimit's products, services, and ways of working
• Stay on top of industry trends, developments in the payments landscape, and emerging technologies
• Represent Unlimit as a brand ambassador as we continue to grow our presence in Colombia
  
  
  

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in the payments industry
• Strong experience in cross-border acquiring (must-have); local acquiring experience in Colombia is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Colombia's local payment ecosystem (PSE, Nequi, Daviplata, Bre-B)
• 2+ years of proven experience selling to enterprise merchants
• A true hunter, not a farmer: you go out and find new clients, and you're creative about standing out from the crowd
• Industry expert with deep knowledge of key merchant verticals such as retail, ecommerce, travel, and gaming
• Excellent negotiator who knows that a yes often starts with a no
• Commercially driven, with a goal-oriented mindset
• Organized and methodical: planning is key to meeting our merchants' needs
• Passionate about what you do, with a real drive to win
