Java Tech Lead (Spring Boot + AWS) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers building cloud-based services, staying hands-on in code while guiding technical decisions. You'll be a clear communicator who helps the team deliver with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Lead the technical direction of Java and Spring Boot services.
• Review code and guide engineers on best practices.
• Design and run cloud-based services on AWS.
• Work with data and streaming services such as DynamoDB, Aurora, and Kinesis.
• Share technical decisions clearly with teammates and stakeholders.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building production applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on work with AWS services such as ECS, Fargate, Kinesis, DynamoDB, or Aurora.
• Background reviewing code and guiding technical decisions for a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.
