About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused professional to support the DOW Ocean Freight program. The role will be responsible for managing operational activities, customer escalations, shipment visibility, data quality, reporting, and SAP maintenance activities within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the DOW Ocean Freight shared mailbox and customer requests.
• Handle operational escalations and missing documentation follow-up.
• Monitor shipment status, tracking & tracing activities, and pre-alert management.
• Maintain and update shipment information in SAP and CargoWise.
• Support shipment data quality and master data maintenance.
• Perform shipment deletion, documentation, and scheduling activities as required.
• Prepare operational reports, milestone tracking, and shipment performance analysis.
• Support quotation management and customer communication
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.
• Knowledge of Ocean Freight processes, including FCL, LCL, documentation, an transportation flows.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with CargoWise and SAP is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English written-spoken skills.
