Contamos con usted para:

• Brindar atención a siniestros, asegurando una gestión oportuna y eficiente.
• Realizar la evaluación inicial (triage) de siniestros, identificando urgencia, tipo y complejidad de cada caso, en procesos de Property, Autos y Casualty (P&C).
• Clasificar y priorizar siniestros para su correcta asignación y seguimiento.
• Mantener comunicación constante con áreas internas y stakeholders para la correcta resolución de casos.
• Adaptarse a la atención de clientes y procesos de países de la región GCC, según requerimientos del negocio.
  
  

Lo que necesitas tener:

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en seguros, preferentemente en líneas de Property, Autos y Casualty (P&C).
• Formación como tecnólogo o profesional en carreras afines.
• Conocimientos de Excel (nivel básico deseable).
• Disponibilidad para adaptarse al horario de la región GCC.
