What You'll Architect

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that improve business workflows, support automation, and enhance platform functionality.

You'll work with Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and administrative configurations to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to CPQ and quoting processes, with additional exposure to financial workflows and Certinia considered valuable.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Design and implement automated workflows and business processes within Salesforce.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including configurations, permissions, objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize existing functionality, and support platform improvements.
• Support Salesforce CPQ configurations and quoting processes when required.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution quality, testing, and successful implementation.
• Document configurations, customizations, and development activities to support ongoing maintenance.
  
  

Who You Are

You are a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in platform customization, automation, and development. You are comfortable working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and administrative configurations. You enjoy understanding business requirements and translating them into practical technical solutions. You combine problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Experience

What you bring

• 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and platform administration.
• Hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, permissions, and business processes.
• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving existing Salesforce functionality.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders, with strong communication skills.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Salesforce Apex development, including classes, triggers, and custom business logic.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and customization.
• Salesforce Flow for process automation and workflow management.
• Salesforce administration, including security, permissions, objects, fields, and configurations.
• Salesforce data model and platform customization.
• Debugging, testing, and troubleshooting Salesforce applications.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or comparable quoting solutions.
• Understanding of sales quoting, pricing, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience configuring or supporting CPQ workflows.
• Familiarity with Certinia applications within Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and related financial workflows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external business or financial systems.
