How You'll Make An Impact

In this role, you'll own critical aspects of the digital marketing ecosystem, helping drive customer acquisition, enrollment growth, retention and long-term business performance.

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
• Own acquisition funnels from initial awareness through conversion, retention and re-engagement.
• Lead SEO, GEO and organic growth initiatives across traditional and AI-powered discovery channels.
• Optimize websites, landing pages and digital experiences to improve conversion rates.
• Develop lifecycle marketing programs that increase retention and customer lifetime value.
• Leverage analytics, attribution models and performance reporting to guide business decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, enrollment, product and web development teams to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
• Build testing frameworks that continuously uncover new growth opportunities.
  
  

About You

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy balancing creativity with analytical rigor.

Success in this role often comes from experience in 3 to 5 years of experience in:

• Performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• Conversion rate optimization and marketing analytics.
• Search engine optimization and content optimization strategies.
• Funnel development and lifecycle marketing.
• Website optimization and experimentation programs.
• Managing campaigns with accountability to revenue and business growth outcomes.
