Junior P&C Insurance Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá, supporting Puerto Rico. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The position involves managing a client portfolio, handling policy endorsements, billing, and maintaining insurance programs, including policy activation, review, and confirmation. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting Colombia and other LATAM countries on a new project.

We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of insurance clients, including handling endorsements, billing, and policy maintenance (inclusion, exclusion, modifications, and collections).
• Activate policy issuance, review, and confirm policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support the administration of insurance programs, ensuring timely updates and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet operational goals.
  
  

What you need to have:

• Technical, technologist, or professional degree in a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C)
• Intermediate Excel skills and advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of P&C insurance processes, including all-risk, cargo, liability, and IRF (excluding auto), with a focus on compliance and benefits.
