Technical Content Writer (Frontend) at BairesDev

We need a part-time, contract Technical Content Writer (Frontend) with real-world frontend engineering experience. Output is 1 to 2 long-form blog articles per month. Content should read like it was written by someone who has shipped production web apps: clear trade-offs, practical implementation details, and technically correct guidance. Primary scope is modern frontend engineering, with an emphasis on architecture, maintainability, performance, and developer experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver 2 to 3 long-form frontend engineering articles per month, typically 1,500 to 2,500 words unless otherwise specified.
• Produce structured, scannable articles that explain decisions and trade-offs, not just concepts.
• Revise drafts based on editorial feedback while preserving technical integrity.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on frontend engineering background, past or present.
• Proven long-form technical content writing ability for engineering audiences.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fluency and experience with at least one modern framework ecosystem.
• Ability to research efficiently and maintain tight technical accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
  
  

Must-haves

• Portfolio with published frontend engineering content.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals plus production experience in at least one modern framework ecosystem such as React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or Next.
• Depth in 2 to 3 frontend domains, such as frontend architecture, performance, testing, design systems, accessibility, security basics, or build tooling.
