We are seeking a Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. This role will bridge business needs and technical solutions, helping improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Process Improvement: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to optimize performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop reports to support business decisions.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement business and technology solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business process improvement.
• Solid understanding of business operations and strategy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Knowledge of process mapping, requirements gathering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
