Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Lead to coordinate high-complexity SAP initiatives, working with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the successful execution of project objectives.

The selected professional will be responsible for project coordination, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, planning, governance and execution across the different stages of SAP implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate functional, technical and business teams.
• Monitor project execution and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage communication with stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.
• Drive decision-making and issue resolution processes.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience leading SAP projects.
• Participation in at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Valid SAP Activate Certification (Mandatory).
• Valid Medical Insurance (Mandatory).
• Advanced English (Mandatory).
• Availability to travel within Central America when required.
• Availability to participate in technical and commercial interviews.
• Immediate or short-term availability.
  
  

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certifications.
• Experience leading international SAP projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working in large-scale SAP programs.
