About The Role

We are hiring a Customer Success Associate to own onboarding, renewals and day-to-day support for a portfolio of B2B clients. This posting is used internally at Emerald to demonstrate our AI assessment flow end to end.

What You'll Do

• Onboard new clients and guide them through product adoption
• Run weekly or biweekly check-ins and track health scores
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate bugs, and document playbooks
• Partner with sales on expansion opportunities
• Write clear English updates for U.S.-based stakeholders
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in customer success, account management or client support
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
• Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Based in Latin America and able to work remote full time
