What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality implementation projects, leading the team, steering the project end to end, and serving as the strategic point of contact for clients, covering:

• IFRS 17
• Solvency II
• Life insurance liability modeling
• Non-life insurance reserving and pricing
  
  

Day To Day, This Includes

• Owning project scope, timeline, and budget across the full implementation lifecycle, planning and controlling progress
• Leading and coordinating the project team, including resource management
• Acting as the primary strategic point of contact for the client throughout the engagement
• Supporting the design of complex customized solutions
• Anticipating, escalating, and resolving project risks, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met
• Contributing to the ongoing relationship and growth of client accounts
• Collaborating with teams across Latin America and Europe to ensure consistent delivery standards
  
  

Profil

What We're Looking For Education & Experience

• A degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics
• 7 to 10 years of experience in the insurance sector, including prior experience leading implementation projects or teams
• Actuarial certification (e.g., SOA, IFoA, IAA, or local actuarial credential) (preferred, not required)
  
  

Competencies

• Project management expertise, including planning, scope, timeline, and budget control
• Solid understanding of actuarial and regulatory frameworks (IFRS 17, Solvency II) to guide technical teams and engage with client stakeholders
• Team leadership and resource management
• Strategic communication and negotiation with client stakeholders and senior leadership, with the commercial awareness to identify growth opportunities
• Sound decision-making, with the ability to anticipate and resolve escalated technical or delivery issues
• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken), at a technical level (required)
• An interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in insurance, along with familiarity with AI tools, will be a real asset to help our clients and teams make the most of our solutions.
