You'll join a U.S. education-technology company that has spent more than 20 years helping future doctors, lawyers, nurses, and physician assistants prepare for the high-stakes exams that shape their careers. Hundreds of thousands of students have trained on its platform, which is built on data, analytics, and personalized learning. For a student counting down to exam day, the right email at the right moment matters — and a broken link or a mistargeted send doesn't go unnoticed.

As a Senior Email Producer, you'll own the production engine behind the CRM program — creating, editing, scheduling, and launching emails, SMS, and supporting assets for scheduled campaigns, ad hoc sends, and criteria-driven automated workflows, all inside HubSpot Marketing Hub and Asana.

You'll work side by side with CRM and Dev teammates to keep data clean and audiences properly segmented. This is a role for someone who strives for 100% quality execution and genuinely enjoys automating and improving the process.

What You'll Do

• End-to-end production. Coordinate and execute email, SMS, and related campaign assets — creation, editing, QA, and deployment — accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Process flow. Move planned campaigns and ad hoc messages smoothly from ideation and design through approval and deployment.
• Templates in HubSpot. Build email templates in HubSpot and use them for scalable campaign setup.
• Layout and rendering. Design email layouts optimized for desktop, mobile, and multiple email clients.
• Quality assurance. Lead and participate in QA across the entire email process: proofreading, link checks, and validating targeting criteria and creative intent.
• Testing. Support the development and analysis of tests that improve key email metrics — opens, clicks, and sales attribution.
• Automation. Create and maintain workflows, HubDB tables and lists for automated and ad hoc campaigns.
• Data and segmentation. Partner with CRM and Dev teammates to plan, build and maintain HubSpot properties and objects, so data stays accurate and audiences can be segmented and targeted precisely.
• Audiences. Plan, build and maintain audience lists for targeted email and SMS communications.
• On-call coverage. Contribute to on-call support for critical email functions during off hours, weekends, and holidays, including coverage for teammates as needed.

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years of experience in email or web-based production.
• Hands-on experience creating and sending emails in HubSpot is a must.
• Experience building lists and workflows within a CRM platform.
• The ability to design and build email templates.
• Strong HTML/CSS for email, including troubleshooting and resolving rendering issues across email clients and platforms.
• A detail-first mindset: you strive for 100% quality execution and catch the problem before it ships.
• Excellent communication, organization, editing, and management skills.
• You enjoy working as part of a team — through task delegation, design and development — in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong drive to automate and improve processes using the latest CRM technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubDB and HubL (HubSpot's templating language).
• SMS marketing experience.
