Responsabilidades

• Manage complex employee lifecycle transactions and case resolutions in Workday such as new hires onboarding transfers promotions organizational changes compensation updates terminations and offboarding
• Review and audit HR transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Handle escalated employee and manager inquiries and support sensitive employee matters requiring advanced knowledge
• Serve as a Workday and HR Operations process expert providing guidance and training to HR Specialists
• Support onboarding and development of new team members and assist with policy interpretation and process guidance
• Coordinate resolution of payroll-related escalations monitor payroll-impacting transactions for accuracy and timeliness and partner with Payroll to address recurring issues
• Identify operational improvement opportunities support process standardization and participate in system enhancements testing and implementation
• Analyze service trends and recommend solutions
• Monitor service quality and case management performance support SLA and customer satisfaction goals and contribute to knowledge articles and self-service resources
  
  

Requerimientos

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations Shared Services or HR Generalist roles
• Strong Workday experience
• Experience handling complex employee lifecycle transactions
• Fluent English in spoken and written as the role works daily with stakeholders in the USA and Canada
