Your Tasks
Role Purpose
Provide support to the execution of the Shopper & Customer Marketing (Trade Marketing) strategy, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, POSM, and external agencies. This internship is designed to offer a comprehensive learning experience across operational, strategic, and collaborative areas within the function.
In addition, the intern will be responsible for developing a year-long individual project assigned by their direct manager and will present final outcomes to the full team at the end of the program.

Role Purpose

Main Accountabilities
Operational and Project Support
- Support the execution and follow-up of brand activations and promotional plans.
- Consolidate and prepare data for ABP, Fast Start, Business Reviews, and S&OP processes.
- Prepare reports on key KPIs such as Sell-in, Sell-out, MSL, and visibility.
- Follow up on purchase orders and material deliveries in coordination with the POSM team.
- Keep execution and promotional plan trackers updated.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, POSM) to ensure effective execution.
- Interact with external agencies for activation follow-up, quotations, timelines, and feedback.
- Participate in internal forums and weekly team meetings.
- Join store visits with the S&CM team to gather execution insights from the field.
- Lead a business-related project aligned with a specific need defined by the manager.
- Analyze data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Present results and key learnings to the full S&CM team and leadership.
- Application of the 4Ps strategy at the point of sale
- Category and channel dynamics
- Execution tracking and KPI analysis
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Project ownership and communication skills
Profile
- Advanced university student in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- Full-time availability for a 1-year internship
- Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Organized, curious, and proactive
- Fluent in Spanish and intermediate level of English
