We are searching for the best talent for Senior Manager, Business Innovation & Integration to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Bogotá, Colombia or Mexito Cuty, Mexico.
Purpose
Responsible for creating innovative processes, products, and solutions in anticipation of trends. Activities may cover both innovation in products and services offered to internal customers as well as innovation in internal processes. Introduces disruptive ideas to the organization's operations. Develops and rationalizes solutions, researching and designing innovative ideas. Oversees the strategy and culture required for employees to experiment with the right resources at the right level. Responsibilities may include collecting and testing ideas within organization, assessing and prioritizing opportunities in line with business and innovation strategy.
Role: Leading expert individual contributor who is viewed as a valuable resource by peers, who manages large projects or processes. Contributes on projects of strategic importance involving several departments and teams. Manages projects, programs or processes that span multiple related areas of the organization. Helps identify employee and organizational strengths and weaknesses.
You Will Be Responsible For
Directs teams to achieve operational goals and business targets. Guides teams to gain a broader view of the organization instead of just their own department. Facilitates engagement among employees for team unity and purpose. Audits team progress to meet target goals. Evaluates individuals and teams for necessary changes and modifications of processes. Portrays the company’s commitment to employee development and growth. Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes, and provides functional (matrix) supervision. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Professional graduated
- Experience: Solid track record in innovation and business integration management, with a focus on digital projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with digital strategies, innovation is a must
- Required experience in regional environments and strategic management.(mandatory)
- Lead projects and people directly and indirectly (mandatory)
- Advanced English is a mandatory requirement.
- For Spanish and Portuguese, a professional level sufficient for effective communication is required, but native-level proficiency is not necessary.
- Candidate must have a driver's license.
