Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Web Content Editor to join our Digital Web Team. In this role, you’ll manage and execute web content that drives impactful digital experiences. Your work will ensure our web properties are engaging, accessible, and aligned with strategic goals.

How You'll Make An Impact

As a Web Content Editor, you’ll play a key role in shaping Gallagher’s digital presence. You’ll:

• Build, update, and manage web pages, campaigns, and assets using Sitecore, ensuring accessibility and quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing Automation, Content, Analytics, and SEO to deliver effective web solutions.
• Manage workflows and prioritize tasks using Workfront, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Support global team members and provide seamless ticket coverage.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  
  

Your work will help create a user-friendly and impactful digital experience for our clients and teams.

About You

You’ll bring:

• At least 3 years of experience managing content within web-based content management systems, ideally enterprise-level systems like Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• A strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Workfront and the ability to manage workflows effectively.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills to adapt to new technologies and trends.
• The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
