What Will You Do?
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in recruiting high-quality call center agents to support our dynamic business operations. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for scheduled class hiring, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential to your success in this role, as you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other key team members to meet hiring goals and support organizational growth.

What Will You Do?
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in recruiting high-quality call center agents to support our dynamic business operations. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for scheduled class hiring, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential to your success in this role, as you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other key team members to meet hiring goals and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment process for call center agents, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Ensure adherence to the scheduled class hiring process and timelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, team leads, and other stakeholders. Understand their specific needs and preferences to effectively source and recruit suitable candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates to keep them informed and engaged.
- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract and identify top talent. Conduct thorough screening and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
- Class Hiring Coordination: Manage the scheduling and coordination of recruitment classes, including organizing assessment centers, interview panels, and onboarding activities.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as HR team members and hiring managers, to facilitate effective recruitment and address any issues or concerns.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness. Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring practices. Utilize this knowledge to refine recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with a focus on call center roles. Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment and scheduled class hiring.
- Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in sourcing and screening techniques.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus but not required.
- Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, approachable, and proactive.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and HRIS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
