The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, and experienced in sales or business development environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain databases of potential lender clients
- Manage and update CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups with lenders
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline updates
- Support the company’s expansion efforts into new geographic markets
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or virtual assistant roles
- Strong cold calling and communication skills
- Fluent English with a neutral accent (required)
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Experience using HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
- Full-time remote position
- Compensation range: $2,400–$2,600/month all-in ($1,800-$2,000/mo for the candidate)
