Your Role

This position is focused on the operational and technical side of marketing, including CRM administration, marketing automation, lead management, campaign setup, workflow management, and data quality.

Please note: We are not seeking candidates whose primary experience is in content creation, social media management, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, branding, or marketing strategy.

Successful candidates typically come from Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, CRM Administration, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, or Marketing Systems backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Systems & Campaign Operations: Creating, updating, and managing marketing campaigns within CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar); building and maintaining marketing workflows, automation rules, and campaign assets.
• Tracking & Execution: Creating and managing promo codes and campaign tracking parameters; supporting campaign launches by ensuring correct setup, QA, and execution.
• Lead Management & Routing: Managing lead routing rules and assignment logic; monitoring lead flow from marketing systems to CRM; troubleshooting and resolving lead routing, attribution, or data flow issues.
• Sales Operations Partnership: Partnering with Sales Operations to ensure accurate and timely lead delivery.
• Data Quality & Process Support: Monitoring data integrity across marketing and CRM systems; assisting with debugging errors related to workflows, campaigns, or integrations.
• Documentation & Optimization: Documenting operational processes and system configurations; supporting system clean-up and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Issue Escalation: Escalate complex analytical or system issues appropriately.
  
  

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, CRM Administration, Marketing Systems, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Sales Operations support functions. Experience supporting B2B marketing organizations is strongly preferred.
• Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar. Experience with:
• Lead routing and assignment rules
• Workflow creation and automation
• Campaign setup and QA
• CRM administration
• Data synchronization and integrations
• Marketing system troubleshooting
• Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing concepts such as campaigns, leads, funnels, and attribution; familiarity with lead scoring, lifecycle stages, or attribution concepts.
• Data & Reporting: Comfort working with data and troubleshooting system/process issues; basic reporting or dashboard experience.
• Communication & Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Operational Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
