Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale the company's revenue engine.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who has successfully built outbound sales motions, closed complex B2B SaaS deals, and developed high-performing sales organizations.
As one of the earliest sales leaders in the company, you will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy, building repeatable sales processes, optimizing pipeline generation, and driving revenue growth. Initially, you will remain close to customers and actively participate in key sales opportunities, while laying the foundation for future team expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth objectives.
- Define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and outbound sales motions.
- Establish revenue goals, forecasting processes, and performance metrics.
- Identify new opportunities to accelerate pipeline generation and customer acquisition.
- Oversee the entire sales funnel, from prospecting through closed-won deals.
- Personally engage in strategic and high-value sales opportunities.
- Improve outbound processes across email, LinkedIn, partnerships, referrals, and other channels.
- Ensure consistent pipeline coverage and predictable revenue generation.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage future sales hires.
- Create a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer value.
- Develop sales playbooks, training programs, and best practices.
- Implement performance management processes and coaching frameworks.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives, partnership leaders, and revenue teams.
- Gather customer feedback to influence product direction and positioning.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Establish scalable sales processes and systems.
- Drive CRM discipline and pipeline visibility.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to increase sales productivity.
Experience & Background
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role, preferably within a startup or high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building outbound sales motions and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling to partnerships, channel sales, revenue operations, sales leadership, or adjacent functions is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success closing mid-market and enterprise software deals.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling sales teams.
