Bilingual Insurance Renewal Analyst
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at [business name]. This role will be based in Bogota. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Insurance Renewal Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process of insurance certificates (e.g., COIs, certificates of liability, workers’ compensation). This role ensures timely renewals, accuracy of policy details, compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and proactive communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.

- Manage and track renewal timelines for all insurance certificates
- Verify policy details and ensure accuracy, including insurer, policy type, coverage limits, expiration dates, named insured, and additional insured language
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal, Risk Management, Procurement, Project Managers, and Finance
- Communicate with insurers and certificate providers to request, obtain, review, and secure renewed certificates
- Maintain complete audit trails, version control, and centralized repository for all certificates ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
- Deliver certificates to clients, vendors, project sites, and internal stakeholders and confirm receipt
- Identify potential renewals at risk and implement remediation plans, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain accurate certificate data in the Certificate Management System and generate regular reports
- Provide timely, professional communication to clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding certificate requirements and coverage details
- Education: Technologist or professional degree
- English Proficiency
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative and/or customer service transactional processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with certificate management or related systems is a plus
- Certification in risk management, insurance, or governance (e.g., CPCU, ARM) is a plus
- Experience with contract or vendor management
- Familiarity with e-signature and secure document delivery platforms
