Coordinate the design and development of the production process, enabling its innovation and improvement through time- and cost-efficient processes, while complying with quality and safety standards and guaranteeing customer specifications and target product costs.

B) RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct the design and development of the production process, ensuring the review activities for the PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagram.
• Identify and evaluate the implementation of new processes and technologies that foster process efficiency and innovation, as well as complexity reduction.
• Evaluate and diagnose existing production processes with the aim of implementing improvements.
• Conduct benchmarking against other sites to implement best practices that enhance the efficiency of the production process.
• Structure process performance indicators to evaluate and improve the fulfillment of the department's objectives.
• Establish and implement the Organization's pollution prevention program with the goal of preventing non-conforming products.
• Plan and manage training initiatives related to process engineering, and define mechanisms for technology transfer and knowledge management to ensure a competent workforce.
• Ensure target product costs are met through process monitoring and control.
