As an Authorizations Representative, you'll manage insurance authorization requests, maintain accurate patient records, and coordinate documentation between patients, providers, and internal teams. Your work will help ensure services are approved efficiently and delivered without delays.

What You'll Do

Submit and track insurance authorization requests.

Follow up with insurance providers regarding pending approvals.

Maintain accurate authorization and patient records.

Review and collect required documentation from patients and clinicians.

Monitor authorization statuses and resolve documentation issues.

Collaborate with Admissions, Authorizations, and other internal teams.

Support administrative tasks, including inbox management and appointment coordination.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in healthcare administration, authorizations, medical billing, or customer support is a plus.

Comfortable working with databases and administrative systems.
