We are looking for a strategic and people-centric leader to take ownership of our Attraction & Selection function and drive high-impact hiring initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building scalable recruiting strategies, and knows how to balance speed, talent quality, and cultural fit.

What will you do?

• Lead the end-to-end Recruitment & Attraction strategy

• Align hiring initiatives with business and commercial goals

• Partner closely with leaders to understand talent needs

• Drive KPI-based recruitment management and decision-making

• Develop and mentor the recruiting team

• Implement innovative sourcing strategies, especially within IT/Tech markets

What are we looking for?

• +5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting

• Strong background in Technology / IT recruitment

• +3 years leading recruitment teams

• Advanced English level (C1 required)

• Experience working with KPIs, analytics, and high-volume hiring

• Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
