Your Role: Serve as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring marketing initiatives move efficiently from planning to execution while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Managing 40+ concurrent marketing projects across email, social media, blogs, YouTube, etc.
• Administering project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Wrike) including workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting
• Coordinating content calendars, publishing schedules, uploads, and QA across channels
• Acting as a centra0l point of communication between marketing teams and stakeholders
• Maintaining SOPs, documentation, and improving operational workflows
• Tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time delivery
  
  

What You Need:

• 3+ years in marketing operations, project management, or similar roles
• Experience with project management tools and workflow systems
• Knowledge of marketing campaigns, content production, and multi-channel coordination
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proactive, process-driven, and problem-solving mindset
