Job Description:

We are Hiring: Business Development Representative

We are looking for talent like you to join our team at MicroSourcing! If you have experience in marketing operations and are looking for stability, this opportunity is for you!

What We Offer:

• Contract: Indefinite term
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Only 40 hours a week!)
  
  

Location and Modality:

• Work Setup: 100% On-site
• Site: Av. Boyacá #152-60 (Bogotá, Colombia).
  
  

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Researching and identifying potential clients and opportunities (SaaS)
• Conducting outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, social media)
• Qualifying leads and understanding client needs
• Scheduling meetings for senior sales teams and account executives
• Managing CRM pipelines (Salesforce or similar)
• Collaborating with sales teams on outreach and messaging
• Tracking market trends and competitor activity
• Reporting KPIs like leads, meetings, and conversions
  
  

What You Need:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales (business), or entrepreneurial roles
• Strong English communication skills (spoken + written, ideally neutral/American accent)
• Experience with B2B sales, prospecting, and cold calling
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper, LinkedIn is a plus
• Strong multitasking, collaboration, and fast-paced work ability
• Good problem-solving and active listening skills
