Senior Security Scrum Master at BairesDev

In this role, you'll bring Scrum Master expertise to a security-focused team, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing blockers while understanding the unique context and priorities of security work. Your fluency in security domains allows you to speak the same language as your team, anticipate friction points, and keep sprints moving even when the work itself is technically complex.

What You'll Do:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for a security-focused team.

- Remove blockers and drive team velocity and delivery predictability.

- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with an understanding of security team priorities.

- Foster collaboration and communication between security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
