Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Pricing Execution Analyst to join our Onboarding and Offboarding team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the rate update lifecycle management, ensuring that contractual price adjustments are executed with absolute precision to guarantee client transparency and protect the company’s financial profitability.

What You’ll Do

• Gestionar, analizar y ejecutar el calendario de actualizaciones de tarifas de la cartera de clientes (mensual, trimestral, semestral o anual), interpretando los términos contractuales e ingresando los nuevos precios en los sistemas corporativos con máxima atención al detalle para evitar pérdidas financieras.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo comercial, el área financiera y los clientes (internos y externos) para brindar soporte profesional ante consultas de esquemas de precios, así como escalar casos técnicos o comerciales que requieran un seguimiento especializado.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares organizacionales mediante la auditoría del registro de datos y la resolución proactiva de discrepancias en la facturación o disputas derivadas de los cambios tarifarios, alineando los reportes con las exigencias de la región.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en áreas de Customer Care (Atención al Cliente), Facturación, Cobranzas, Análisis Financiero, Gestión de Precios u Operaciones de Servicio.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel a nivel intermedio/avanzado (fórmulas financieras y tablas dinámicas), así como un enfoque de toma de decisiones basado en datos ( Data-Driven ).
• Proven ability in comunicación asertiva para el manejo de objeciones, pensamiento estratégico, gestión del cambio y capacidad de persuasión para influir en distintos stakeholders (partes interesadas) y resolver conflictos tarifarios.
• Título Profesional o Técnico graduado (preferiblemente profesional).
