Job Description
You will play a critical role in turning enablement strategy into execution. You will help build and deploy learning experiences that allow sellers and partners to understand, articulate, and position value stories with customers. This is a practical, delivery-focused role, ensuring sellers and partners don't just know what to say, but can apply it in customer conversations.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Messaging
Your Responsibilities
– Help deliver and maintain enablement assets including training (live and on-demand), value stories, assets and messaging frameworks by managing timelines, logistics, system setup and reporting measurable impact.
– Coordinate updates and revisions to enablement assets based on feedback, changes in offerings, or evolving priorities.
– Monitor and report on goals.
– Perform quality checks to ensure enablement content is accurate, complete, and in consideration of intended learning goals.
– Support seller readiness activities such as session facilitation, practice coordination, and reinforcement follow‑ups.
– Help translate complex content into clear, usable formats that support day‑to‑day selling conversations.
– Act as a reliable execution partner who delivers enablement plans.

– Help translate complex content into clear, usable formats that support day‑to‑day selling conversations.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination
– Act as a reliable execution partner who delivers enablement plans.
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in related areas.
- English advanced.
- 5 years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, sales operations, program coordination or a related role.
- Experience executing enablement programs.
- Understanding of sales motions, customer buying journeys, and value-based selling.
- Experience building and deploying content within learning platforms and sales tools.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple enablement plans simultaneously.
