Controls Automation Engineer (Emulate3D) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll deliver Digital Twin solutions through simulation and virtual commissioning, developing digital models that interface with emulated hardware and PLC controls code. Working at the intersection of control engineering and cutting-edge simulation technology, you'll bring physical systems to life in virtual environments before they ever reach the factory floor. What You'll Do

• Develop Digital Twin solutions using simulation and virtual commissioning.
• Build digital models and interface them with emulated hardware and PLC controls code.
• Work with the Emulate3D platform to simulate automation and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure virtual models accurately reflect physical systems.
• Support virtual commissioning processes to reduce risk and accelerate deployment.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in control engineering, automation engineering, electrical engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience with the Emulate3D platform or Unity for simulation development.
• Background in PLC controls code and emulated hardware interfacing.
• Experience with Digital Twin, simulation, or virtual commissioning projects.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
