Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Benefit Analyst (LATAM) to join our International Benefits team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic benefit design, annual renewal, and financial management of benefit plans across the Latin American region.

You will act as a vital regional resource, leveraging data-driven insights and supporting vendor negotiations to balance global corporate consistency with crucial local relevance to optimize the "Mountaineer" experience.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Benefit Design & Strategy Support: Support the regional benefit design strategy and review process for all country-specific plans while leveraging third-party vendor reports and internal platforms to drive design recommendations.
  • Annual Renewals & Vendor Management: Assist with the annual contract renewal process and vendor negotiations, tracking performance against Service Level Agreements while focusing on cost-containment and documentation.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Maintain executive dashboards and compliance tracking metrics to report on program effectiveness, cost trends, and utilization metrics for recommended plan changes.
  • Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with the Benefits Center of Excellence, Total Rewards peers, and local Human Resources teams to draft clear, accurate employee communications and build localized trust.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5+ years of progressive LATAM benefits experience with a strong focus on data analysis, plan design support, or vendor renewal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of aggregating and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and plan documents, with highly preferred practical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation support, and influencing skills within a matrixed multinational environment.
  • Organizational agility to manage competing priorities with a continuous-improvement mindset focused on strategic process enhancement.
  • Professional fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish . Portuguese is highly desirable. (Please submit your CV in English)
