YourRole

Como Medical Representative serás responsable de la gestión comercial y científica de un territorio en Bogotá, con un portafolio enfocado en tiroides, diabetes y salud cardiovascular, visitando endocrinología, medicina interna, cardiología, medicina general y familiar y ginecología en canal comercial. Promoverás el portafolio con médicos y farmacias, gestionarás tu panel según criterios de segmentación y construirás relaciones de valor con profesionales de la salud.

El corazón del rol es la toma de decisiones basada en data: analizarás indicadores de demanda (DDD, Close Up, Rx, rotación) para diagnosticar tu territorio, detectar desviaciones y ejecutar planes de acción territorial (TAP) junto a tu District Manager. Buscamos profesionales con mínimo 3 años de experiencia en visita médica y sólida capacidad analítica.

Quién Eres

• Profesional titulado; áreas de la salud, administrativas, ingenierías o afines.
• Experiencia en visita médica en canal comercial/privado; experiencia en líneas cardiometabólicas o endocrinas es un plus.
• Dominio activo y reciente de herramientas del mercado farmacéutico (Close Up, DDD): interpretas índices de evolución, bricks/pareto, productividad y posición frente al competidor para definir acciones en tu zona.
• Experiencia en gestión de panel médico: segmentación, targeting y priorización según potencial prescriptivo y libre formulación.
• Historial de resultados medibles (participación de mercado, prescripciones, crecimiento) que puedes sustentar con datos.
• Comunicación clara y concreta para presentar evidencia científica y hallazgos de data a médicos y stakeholders.
• Perfil propositivo: identificas oportunidades en tu territorio y las conviertes en planes de acción.
• Inglés deseable, no excluyente.
