Technical Growth Marketing Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll take ownership of modernizing and scaling the marketing engine, delivering leads today while laying the foundation for AI-driven, personalized systems that define the next phase of growth. Embedded directly within the marketing team, you'll manage the balance between short-term lead delivery and long-term system building, working closely with growth, marketing ops, and engineering resources to align technical execution with marketing goals. What You'll Do:

- Own the modernization and scaling of the marketing engine, balancing short-term lead delivery with long-term AI-driven system building.

- Manage and optimize inbound marketing performance to improve lead quality and volume.

- Oversee website de-anonymization initiatives to identify and act on anonymous traffic.

- Direct personalized outbound strategies enriched specifically for a hard-to-reach SMB market.

- Serve as an embedded extension of the marketing team, aligning growth, marketing ops, and engineering around shared goals.

What we are looking for:

- Background combining business and marketing fundamentals with enough technical fluency to manage AI-driven systems, similar to an industrial engineer with marketing training and coding exposure.

- Experience or strong interest in GenAI applied to growth marketing.

- Ownership mindset with the ability to manage both short-term lead delivery and long-term system building.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
