We're Hiring: Senior Python Developer!

We are seeking a talented Senior Python Developer / Senior Software Engineer to support and enhance the company’s internal applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Python engineering experience and prior exposure to financial services applications, banking systems, payments, card operations, or related business domains. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to build reliable, scalable, and secure software that supports business-critical workflows.

What You'll Do:

·    Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications, with a strong focus on business-critical features and workflows.

·    Build and support internal applications used by operational and business teams in a financial services environment.

·    Be the technical owner of features from design and implementation through ongoing support.

·    Collaborate with product managers, business users, operations teams, and other engineers to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

·    Integrate data sources, databases, APIs, third-party systems, and internal services into the application.

·    Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, code quality, and deliverables.

·    Participate constructively in code reviews.

·    Adhere to and help refine company standards, engineering practices, and development processes.

·    Provide high-quality asynchronous daily updates.

·    Attend planning meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.

·    Contribute to technical decision-making and solution design.

·    Help maintain and improve the company’s software stack.

What We're Looking For:

·    BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

·    Minimum 5 years of relevant software engineering experience, with strong specialization in Python.

·    Experience building or maintaining applications in financial services, banking, fintech, payments, card operations, transaction processing, fraud, risk, compliance, or related domains.

·    Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design.

·    Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar.

·    Experience integrating data sources, databases, APIs, and backend services.

·    Experience with version control tools such as Git.

·    Experience deploying front-end software using a modern framework.

·    Understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or modern front-end frameworks.

·    Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into technical requirements.

·    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially when working with financial, transactional, or operational data.

·    Must be flexible with any shift schedule.
