A fast-growing SaaS company is hiring a Retail Consultant to join its LATAM team. This is an independent contractor role (freelance/invoicing basis). Candidates based in Bogotá, Colombia are preferred.

You'll partner with retail customers across LATAM, helping them optimize inventory and supply chain operations while ensuring successful software adoption and long-term business value.

What You'll Do

Advise retail customers on inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, assortment, pricing, and promotions.
Lead customer onboarding, training, and solution implementation.
Conduct regular business reviews and recommend process improvements.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver customer solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and business outcomes.

What You'll Need

2-5 years of experience in Retail Consulting, Customer Success, Project Management, or Account Management within a SaaS, ERP, or retail technology environment.
Hands-on experience in retail operations, inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, or promotions.
Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering or related field preferred).
Native Spanish and fluent English.
Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills (SQL is a plus).

Nice to Have

ERP implementation or consulting experience.
Experience with retail planning or inventory management software.
HubSpot or CRM experience.

Engagement terms

Travel: Occasional travel to customer sites required
