Business Consultant - Retail

A fast-growing SaaS company is hiring a Business Consultant - Retail to join its LATAM team. This is an independent contractor role (freelance/invoicing basis). Candidates based in Cali, Colombia are preferred.

You'll work with retail customers across LATAM, helping them optimize operations, successfully implement retail solutions, and maximize business value through technology.

What You'll Do

• Advise customers on inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects.
• Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to deliver successful solutions.
• Track customer success, risks, and project milestones.
  
  

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years of experience in Business Consulting, Customer Success, Project Management, or Account Management in a SaaS, ERP, or retail technology environment.
• Hands-on retail operations experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, or promotions.
• Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering or related field preferred).
• Native Spanish and fluent English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills (SQL is a plus).

• ERP implementation or retail consulting experience.
• Experience with retail planning or inventory management software.
• CRM (HubSpot) or SQL knowledge.

• Location: Remote, based in Cali City, Colombia
