We are currently seeking a BIM Manager to join our Québec Buildings team, supporting the Mechanical and Electrical disciplines in the development and delivery of complex projects.
The Québec Buildings team is involved in the design of transportation, healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and light industrial facilities. We specialize in large-scale, sustainable projects, including alternative delivery models such as Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).

Position Purpose
Lead the management, coordination, and delivery of BIM projects for the Mechanical and Electrical disciplines, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, high-quality digital models, and the implementation of innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and digital transformation across WSP.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM management and coordination activities for building mechanical and electrical projects.
- Oversee the production, coordination, and delivery of BIM models.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of corporate BIM standards.
- Prepare BIM project documentation, including BEP, BIM Management Plans, EIRs, and related deliverables.
- Develop and coordinate BIM models for mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Conduct model audits and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with BIM standards.
- Serve as the BIM technical expert within project teams.
- Coordinate activities with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.
- Configure and manage Autodesk Forma, Revizto, Bluebeam, and Clarity platforms.
- Prepare BIM coordination and progress reports.
- Support the evolution and implementation of technologies that enhance BIM processes.
- Drive innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical support and training to internal users.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies and BIM best practices.
- Ensure proper implementation of ISO 19650 standards across projects.
- Encourage the use of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to optimize BIM workflows.
Position Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Additional training or certifications in BIM Coordination, BIM Management, or related specializations.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience participating in and leading BIM projects of varying scales and complexities.
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary coordination within the building sector.
- Experience working with design, engineering, and construction teams.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Advanced proficiency in Navisworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Revizto.
- Advanced proficiency in Dynamo.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Experience using Autodesk Forma.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam and Clarity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate.
- Strong understanding and application of ISO 19650 standards.
- Knowledge and experience applying Artificial Intelligence solutions to BIM processes.
- Knowledge of reality capture technologies and point cloud processing tools such as Cyclone Register/3DR, Trimble Business Center, RealWorks, and CloudCompare will be considered an asset.
