Top Notch Roofing is a GAF Master Elite certified commercial roofing company serving the Fraser Valley for over 30 years. We're looking for a Virtual Commercial Sales Coordinator to support our Commercial Sales Consultant -- owning their calendar, tracking every commitment, driving follow-through, and supporting estimating.

This role is the counterweight to a driven, relationship-first salesperson. You bring the structure they lack with a "firm hand, warm heart."

What You'll Own

• Build and defend the Sales Consultant's weekly schedule with zero conflicts
• Track every commitment through to completion with zero missed follow-ups
• Prepare take-offs and estimates, including specs, EagleView measurements, and pricing templates
• Keep JobNimbus accurate with a 95-100% CRM accuracy standard
• Proactively flag stalled items before they become problems
• Keep the Sales Consultant organized, prepared, and focused on revenue-generating activities

What You Bring

• 2+ years supporting a senior leader where you owned the structure
• Proven experience building or owning a tracking system, CRM, or calendar
• Excellent written English
• Comfort with measurements, pricing, and spreadsheets
• JobNimbus or similar CRM experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely
  
  

Compensation & Logistics

• $1,900/month USD
• Full-time, remote; must be available during PST hours
