Senior MLOps Engineer at BairesDev

We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to design and implement advanced solutions for managing the machine learning lifecycle. You will focus on building scalable CI/CD pipelines for ML models, automating deployments, monitoring performance, and ensuring robust ML infrastructure. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in MLOps practices and will drive improvements in automation, reliability, and efficiency across ML workflows.

What You'll Do:

- Design and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.

- Automate model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and versioning.

- Build and optimize ML infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance.

- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize models and streamline workflows.

- Establish monitoring systems and automate feedback loops for model performance.

- Implement best practices in automation, governance, and reproducibility.

- Evaluate and integrate modern MLOps tools and frameworks.

- Ensure compliance, security, and scalability of ML systems in production.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or ML infrastructure.

- Strong background in software architecture design.

- Strong understanding of system security.

- In-depth knowledge of performance optimization and automation.

- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and ML lifecycle management.

- Skilled in cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.

- Ability to evaluate and select MLOps tools and technologies, understanding their trade-offs.

- Advanced level of English.
