Behavioral Engineer at BairesDev

As a Behavioral Engineer, you will focus on the logic and decision-making processes that govern autonomous vehicle interactions. You will define how vehicles interpret complex environments and execute safe, predictable behaviors in real-world scenarios.

What You'll Do

• Architect and refine decision-making frameworks to improve on-vehicle autonomy logic.
• Design behavioral patterns that ensure safety and reliability under diverse road conditions.
• Develop algorithms for planning under uncertainty to handle dynamic and unpredictable environments.
• Implement advanced safety patterns to mitigate risks in autonomous operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate behavioral logic with core robotics systems.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Robotics, Autonomy, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing decision-making algorithms and on-vehicle autonomy logic.
• Advanced proficiency in C++ and fundamental robotics principles.
• Hands-on experience with planning under uncertainty and AV safety patterns.
• Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle behaviors and real-time systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
