Software Engineer (Ansible) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in Ansible, you will automate server configuration and application deployment to ensure consistent infrastructure management. You will play a key role in streamlining operations by developing robust automation playbooks and roles for diverse enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain complex Ansible playbooks and roles for automated configuration management.

- Automate the provisioning and deployment of applications across Linux-based enterprise environments.

- Ensure infrastructure consistency and reliability through declarative automation and version-controlled YAML configurations.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Ansible workflows into broader CI/CD and orchestration pipelines.

- Optimize existing automation scripts to improve deployment speed, security, and scalability.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Software Engineering with a focus on automation.

- Proven expertise in automating server configuration and application deployment using Ansible.

- Proficiency in writing high-quality Ansible playbooks and roles for consistent infrastructure management.

- Hands-on experience with YAML and configuration management in Enterprise Linux environments.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
