Semi Senior Business Analyst at BairesDev

In the Semi Senior Business Analyst role, use your growing experience to take on more complex analysis projects. You'll be integral in optimizing business processes, developing detailed business requirements, and providing in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making.

What you will do

- Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering for complex projects.

- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and support strategic decisions.

- Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, to justify business initiatives.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to drive consensus and decision-making.

- Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.

What we are looking for

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis.

- Proven experience in conducting detailed business process analysis.

- Experience with database querying and advanced data analysis methods.

- Advanced knowledge of business modeling and requirements management tools.

- Basic IT systems and infrastructure knowledge.

- Experience in developing detailed business requirement documents.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Advanced level of English.
