Senior Business Analyst & Workday at BairesDev

As a Senior Business Analyst & Workday, you will align business objectives with technical solutions within the Workday environment. You will serve as the primary expert in optimizing Workday modules, translating organizational requirements into functional system designs, and ensuring seamless platform configurations to support HR and financial operations.

What You'll Do

• Partner with key stakeholders to analyze complex business needs and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Design, test, and implement custom reports, dashboards, and advanced security models within the Workday platform.
• Configure and optimize business processes and core system modules, ensuring structural integrity and high performance.
• Create and maintain robust Workday integrations and automated data flows to streamline enterprise operations.
• Document system requirements, technical architectures, and end-to-end business process workflows.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Workday Consultant, or in a related systems analysis role.
• Proven expertise in configuring Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday security administration, custom business processes, and report writing.
• Solid understanding of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
