Senior Full Stack Developer (Django + React) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll write production code across Django REST Framework and React, delivering full-stack features within an AI-augmented development environment. Using internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling daily, you'll bring genuine business drive to understand manufacturing workflows and autonomously move projects forward without needing ticket-by-ticket hand-holding. This is your opportunity to build real product features end-to-end, combining strong Django and React fundamentals with AI-assisted development practices.

What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end features across Django REST Framework and React.
• Use internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling as part of the development workflow.
• Apply manufacturing workflow context to feature design and implementation.
• Move projects forward autonomously with minimal supervision.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Background with AWS.
• Experience with Claude Code or AI-assisted development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with MCP server integration.
• Manufacturing domain knowledge, including RFQs and purchase orders.
