Salesforce Engineer (Lightning Web Components) at BairesDev

As a Salesforce Engineer specializing in Lightning Web Components, you will design and implement tailored CRM solutions that optimize business workflows. You will connect complex business requirements with high-performing user interfaces, ensuring robust platform customization and adherence to architecture standards.

What You'll Do

• Build clean, scalable, and modular component architectures to improve user interactions.
• Develop custom server-side and client-side logic to handle complex business data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust and intuitive digital experiences.
• Maintain source-driven development processes and govern platform customization best practices.
• Ensure optimal application performance, code quality, and seamless internal process operations.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Salesforce Development.
• Proven expertise in developing custom solutions using Apex.
• Strong hands-on experience building interfaces with Lightning Web Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform customization and best practices.
