Senior IT Business Analyst at BairesDev

As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical execution teams to deliver impactful software solutions. You will translate complex organizational needs into clear functional requirements, ensuring project alignment with strategic business goals.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and map complex business processes to define project scope.
• Design detailed user stories and establish measurable acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the documentation of outcomes to ensure quality delivery.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related IT field.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog refinement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
